Protecting you and your business
The Terrorism Bill (Protection of Premises), also known as Martyn's law was included in The King's Speech on the 17th July 2024. As part of the programme of legislation in this parliamentary session. The Bill was introduced to Parliament on the 12th September 2024.
This places new requirements on qualifying businesses to undertake additional assessments, training and have robust plans/responses in place to keep people safe in the event of a Terrorist attack.
